The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

The item is not listed under our non-returnable items (see Section 2).

Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days if it meets the return criteria.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees and any handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. ExchangesWe currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective ProductsIf you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing urfi.anjum@yahoo.in with clear photos and order details. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
